Month 9 in Poland - April 2026

Hello everyone,  This month it is my (Adam's) turn to write the monthly update. In April, we did many things. Let's start with our trip to Spain. It was lots of fun. We went to Málaga, Ronda, Cala de Mijas, Mijas Pueblo, Parauta, Fuengirola, and Marbella. We saw a holy week procession in Ronda. We also saw their beautiful medieval bridge. We had several beach days and ate LOTS of ice cream, paella, and tapas. We also went on a hike and I found a waterfall. One day we went to an olive oil processing facility and had a tour with an olive oil tasting. I liked some of the olive oil but not all of it. Our friend from Denmark, Karolina, came to spend the last three days with us and it was fun. Monika and I have known Agata since the summer we met in 2008! (My god we are getting old). Prague continues to be a gorgeous city with excellent Czech beer; but it is no longer the cheap diamond in the rough it once was. It is very much on the tourist circuit now. We spent lots of time with our friends, including touring Jack's workshop where he makes prosthetics and puppets for the booming Prague film industry. So cool! We also did lots of walking around the Old Town and massive hilltop castle complex. Adam...
